How to return a product?

If you wish to return a product, you have 30 days from the date of delivery.
To start the return process, simply contact us via CHAT, email, or fill out the return form available on our website.
Once we receive your request, we will arrange for a free courier pickup of the product from the address you provide.
After receiving the returned product, we will refund the amount using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
