  3. Upon receiving your request, we will arrange a free courier service or InPost parcel locker shipment to collect the product from the address you specify.

How to submit a complaint?

  • If you notice that the product is faulty or not as described, you have the right to submit a complaint.
  • For this purpose, please contact us via email or contact form, describing the issue and attaching photos of the product (if possible).
  • After receiving your complaint, we will promptly review it and inform you of the next steps.

When will you receive a refund?

  • We guarantee that the refund for the returned product will be processed within a maximum of 7 days from the moment the product reaches our warehouse.
  • In case the complaint is accepted, we offer repair, exchange for a new product, or a refund, as per your request.
  • The money will be returned using the same payment method that you selected to pay for the order.
